Stayed at bay lake on 2 occasions about 3 weeks or so total. Gated and very friendly staff. Pool was great and very clean. Club house and laundry was very clean as well. I loved our lot we rented. Well maintained. As they contine to build and lots are sold hopefully more amenities with be added like shuffle board or tennis/pickle ball. A little road noise but not much. Very centrally located between Tampa and Orlando. We are not ready to buy a lot anywhere but if we were it would be high on our list!
